By accessing or using BotBuster at botbuster.xyz ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
1. What BotBuster Is
BotBuster is an independent analytics tool that aggregates and displays publicly available data from Kick.com and Twitch, including viewer counts, chat engagement statistics, public clips, and channel-level badge information. BotBuster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Kick.com, Twitch, Amazon, or any of their affiliates.
2. Use of the Service
You may use BotBuster for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the service to harass, defame, or target specific individuals
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from the service at a rate that impairs its operation for others
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the service
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the service or its infrastructure
3. Third-Party Platforms
BotBuster displays data sourced from Kick.com and Twitch. This data is publicly available on those platforms. Your use of any embedded Kick player is additionally governed by Kick's own terms and privacy policy. BotBuster has no control over data provided by or derived from those platforms and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.
4. Accounts and Authentication
Optional sign-in with Kick is provided to unlock certain features. By signing in, you authorise BotBuster to receive limited profile information from Kick (username, display name, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Kick credentials. BotBuster will never ask for your Kick password.
5. Intellectual Property
The BotBuster name, logo, and original website design are the property of the service operator. Third-party trademarks (Kick, Twitch, and their respective logos) belong to their respective owners and are used here solely for identification and informational purposes.
Stream thumbnails, channel artwork, clip content, and profile images displayed on BotBuster are the property of the respective content creators and/or platforms. BotBuster does not claim ownership of any such content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any viewership estimates or analytics data are accurate. Viewership estimates are derived from statistical models and should not be treated as exact figures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BotBuster and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these Terms or who we reasonably believe is misusing the service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
